Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Program Manager to advance the Benchmarking Program, equipping product development and manufacturing teams with asset/test assets and data-driven insights from benchmarking and market analysis.

This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, meticulous planning, data analysis, and clear written/verbal communication to support projects across Product Development, Manufacturing, Service, and related areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a related professional environment.
• 4-year college/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Program management, engineering, data analytics or related project execution experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
• Data skills: SQL, Agentic AI, JIRA, Google Workspace, CANalyzer, and more.
• Hands-on curiosity to investigate data points that look off.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of all programs and projects.
• Own the scope, road map, and tracking of projects and/or programs from start to finish.
• Set and track deliverables, identify risks and drive mitigations across all stages.
• Coordinate internal logistics across projects.
• Develop tools and analytics for project reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders within and outside Test and Development.
• Partner with leads to ensure milestones are met and project success.
• Performs other duties as required within the scope of the position.
