Job summary

Rivian seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst to scale operations via streamlined software enhancements. You will work across the 3P Service and Collision Programs, coordinating with Authorized Service, R&D Workshop, Learning and Development, and third party partners.

The role requires strong technical acumen in data analysis, pipeline design, and tooling optimization, plus excellent communication to translate complex data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Automotive with collaboration with software development.
• Experience designing API integrations, data workflows, and system architectures across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with SQL, ETL pipelines (Databricks), and repository/deployment logic (GitLab).
• Proficient in Jira, Lucid, Confluence, Databricks, Hex and other data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design and implement technical tool capabilities across Collision and 3P Service programs, driving technical solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering data structures and business execution.
• Define and implement automation strategies that scale operational frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on projects, goals, roadmaps and track progress.
