The role blends technical skills (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM) with strong business sense and communication to influence decision-making. This is a business-facing analytics role, requiring clear dashboards and thoughtful, cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics or similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions.
• Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for customer service metrics.
• Analyze metrics: order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance.
• Identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and validate data sources.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership.
• Improve reporting and identify gaps or opportunities.
• Monitor backlog and delivery risk; flag issues early.
• Collaborate with customer experience, sales, and operations teams.
• Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting.
• Fulfill reporting requests from leadership.
• Identify new metrics and opportunities; propose dashboards.
• Suggest dashboard enhancements and process improvements.

Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests)
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Ensure data integrity and validate sources
• Reporting & Dashboards
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities

• Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigation

Required Qualifications
