Ledgent Technology is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team in Irvine, delivering actionable insights to improve service performance, on-time delivery, and efficiency. This is a 100% onsite role with a direct-hire arrangement.

The ideal candidate will blend technical skills in Power BI, Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), and CRM systems with strong business acumen to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics or similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions.

Position: Data Analyst - Analytics
Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: $45.00 to 50.00 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Annual discretionary bonus + benefits + 3 weeks PTO

Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Ensure data integrity and validate sources
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
