Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive AI-enabled analytics for Operations. You will build dashboards, data models, and AI solutions in Power BI and Snowflake, partnering with operations and executives to shape decisions.

Remote role with Pacific Time hours; contract-to-hire, compensation around market rates. You’ll work across Enrollment, Claims Operations, and more, translating needs into clear requirements and presenting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare payor, claims analytics, or health plan operations experience.
• 5+ years hands-on with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics or generative AI tools.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Streamlit, Databricks, QNXT is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics using Snowflake, SQL, Python.
• Partner with operations leaders to translate goals into clear requirements.
• Analyze claims, enrollment, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Senior Data Analyst – Operations (Power BI / Snowflake)

Our client is adding a Senior Data Analyst to their Applied Intelligence team, a new role on a small, AI-forward group that uses AI tools every day. You’ll partner directly with operations and executive leadership to build the dashboards, data models, and AI-enabled solutions that shape key business decisions, and you’ll join a leadership team known for its great culture.

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Location: Remote (Pacific Time business hours)

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60–$75/hr on contract, with a conversion salary of $135K–$150K/yr

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python
• Partner with operations leaders across Enrollment, Claims Operations, Grievances & Appeals, Provider Data Management, and more to understand goals and translate needs into clear requirements
• Analyze claims, enrollment, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
• Present findings and data stories to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and automation tools to keep the team’s analytics innovative and scalable

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of healthcare payor, claims analytics, or health plan operations experience, with a strong understanding of claims and enrollment data
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python
• Experience with AI-powered analytics or generative AI tools, plus a genuine eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence to turn data into compelling stories for non-technical audiences
• Experience with Streamlit (highly preferred), Databricks, QNXT, and business process documentation is a strong plus
