Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing US business and support embedded client projects across multiple accounts. You will coordinate a high volume of interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep hiring teams moving smoothly through each stage.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with senior leaders, maintain accurate recruitment information in our ATS, and help produce activity reports that drive timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews across candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage candidate communications, interview confirmations, materials, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Track interviews, submissions, feedback, and next steps across active searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within our ATS and client systems.
• Join client intake calls, take notes, and capture key actions.
