Job summary

CTG is seeking a Presales Solution Engineer to bridge sales and clients for Data & AI initiatives. You will translate complex business problems into scalable architectures using platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake, guiding POCs and proposals throughout the sales cycle.

The role demands strong client-facing consulting skills, experience in presales/solutions architecture, and the ability to collaborate with delivery teams and partners. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in data, analytics, or AI technical roles.
• Minimum 5 years in Presales / Solutions Engineering capacity.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and influencing deal outcomes.
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and leading technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with Sales leadership and shape win strategies for Data & AI engagements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand current-state data architecture and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, reference architectures, and value propositions.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during the sales cycle, building trust with client architects and executives.
