Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Presales Consultant for Data & AI in Puerto Rico, offering a hybrid work model. You will partner with sales to translate business challenges into data and AI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Copilot, and analytics platforms.

You will design end-to-end Data & AI architectures, develop proposals, and lead workshops and PoCs to validate solutions, aligning with governance and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, technology consulting, or solution architecture focused on Data & AI.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft data/AI tech: Azure, Fabric, OpenAI, Copilot, Power BI, SQL.
• Ability to design end-to-end data and AI solutions with governance and security.
• Experience leading workshops, PoCs, and developing customer-focused proposals.
• Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management in multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand business needs and define AI/data strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and PoCs to validate solutions.
• Design end-to-end Data & AI solutions using Azure, Fabric, and analytics tools.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and partner teams to ensure feasibility and success.
