Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the intake, triage, and routing of Data & AI engagements across multiple builder teams. You will define SLAs, report on adherence, and automate workflows to shorten cycles while coordinating across geographies.

The role includes packaging learnings into reusable assets and guiding GTM strategy. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management, data-driven decision skills, and experience communicating to senior leadership,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and routing of customer Data & AI engagement requests across multiple builder teams.
• Define and enforce SLAs for triage, assignment, and delivery; report on adherence and blockers.
• Automate coordination workflows to reduce cycle time and remove heroics.
• Work across geographies and organizations to keep the mechanism running smoothly.
• Capture engagement deliverables and package them into reusable architectures, code, and playbooks.
• Build the distribution mechanism that makes assets discoverable to field sellers and customers.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and inform GTM strategy.
