Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the intake, triage, and routing of Data & AI engagements across multiple builder teams. You will define SLAs, automate coordination workflows, and ensure scalable delivery across geographies.

The role focuses on turning engagements into reusable architectures and playbooks for broader adoption. You will collaborate with builder team leaders to balance workload, improve processes, and scale upskilling initiatives while reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and routing of customer Data & AI engagement requests across multiple builder teams.
• Define and enforce SLAs for triage, assignment, and delivery; report on adherence and blockers.
• Automate coordination workflows to reduce cycle time and dependency on heroics.
• Work across geographies and organizations to keep the mechanism running smoothly.
• Capture deliverables and package them into reusable architectures, code, and playbooks.
