Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a Data & Intelligence Lead (Director/Senior Director) for the Carolinas region (Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia). On-site requirement; travel 10–20%; you will build a go-to-market function and lead growth for data & intelligence offerings.

You will lead strategic relationships, influence CXOs, and collaborate with partners like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, and OpenAI to drive opportunities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in managed or IT professional consulting.
• Experience leading go-to-market and sales acceleration.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead Data & Intelligence partnerships with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and intelligence go-to-market initiatives for the Carolinas region.
• Drive Data & Intelligence sales growth and manage the opportunity pipeline to closure.
• Partner with client executives and sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Serve as Solution Lead or SME in pursuit processes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and mentor a small team focused on market pursuits and delivery.
• Contribute to delivery in billable roles as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME.
