Job summary

Occulytics Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Data & AI Delivery Lead to scale our consulting practice and own engagements from kickoff to completion.

You'll collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to drive execution, manage client relationships, anticipate risk, and ensure every commitment lands on time or ahead of schedule. In this client-facing role, you will translate complex data and AI initiatives into actionable outcomes that operators, investors, and executives can understand and act

Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI projects.
Experience with data/analytic workflows from ingestion to modeling to BI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Practical experience using AI agents to optimize delivery.
Disciplined planning and scope control.
Experience managing vendors or delivery partners.
Curiosity about client business and operations.
Consulting or client-services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across multiple client engagements from kickoff through close.
Keep delivery anchored to the clients objectives and define success.
Lead client and internal meetings; set agenda and follow-through.
Turn scoped engagements into executable delivery plans; manage timelines and dependencies.
Identify delivery risks and manage scope; keep clients informed.
Manage vendors and delivery partners to stay on scope and on time.
Use AI agents to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Contribute to building standardized, repeatable delivery approaches as we scale.
Translate technical work into business-ready deliverables.
