Job summary

Buildots is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team. You will own project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.

Based in the U.S. or Canada, this remote/hybrid role allows time in the Chicago area; you will lead cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, risks, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP certification is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira preferred).
• Experience with AI tools and automated workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American projects from kickoff through go-live and manage delivery timelines.
• Oversee system setup, client requests, and overall system stability.
• Serve as the primary contact for Operations, Customer Success, Product & Sales.
• Identify risks, recurring issues and escalate to resolve bottlenecks.
• Track KPIs and report on project health and outcomes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and optimize delivery workflows.
