Job summary

Occulytics Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Data & AI Delivery Lead to scale our consulting practice. You will own engagements from kickoff to completion, working with leadership and engineering teams to drive execution and deliver value to operators, investors, and executives.

This client-facing role focuses on turning complex data and AI initiatives into tangible outcomes, ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and high-quality, decision-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI projects.
• Familiarity with data workflows from ingestion through modeling to BI.
• Strong communicator, in writing and in person.
• Experience using AI agents to optimize delivery.
• Disciplined project manager with strong planning and scope control.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across multiple client engagements from kickoff through close.
• Translate client objectives into executable delivery plans that the team understands.
• Lead client and internal meetings; set the agenda, drive decisions, and follow through.
• Turn scoped engagements into executable delivery plans; manage timelines and dependencies.
• Identify delivery risks, manage scope, and keep clients informed of status.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners to stay on scope and on time.
• Use AI agents to accelerate delivery and rethink how work gets done.
• Contribute to building standardized, repeatable approaches as we scale.
