Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the clerical field.
• Relevant experience with PC software packages is necessary.
• Awareness and management of the EMS and QMS as stated in company policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review and introduce data into a computer.
• Operate all office equipment.
• Review existing data and correct/update when necessary.
• Provide reports on various topics to supervisor.
• Compile statistical reports and assist with data verification.
• Maintain records related to tasks and perform quality control analysis.
• Refer personal and telephone requests to the appropriate staff.
