Job summary

Speakit is seeking a Danish-speaking Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join our client’s Finance team. You will manage end-to-end AP activities, including vendor invoices, PO matching, and payment runs for Danish operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AP or accounting, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics). Fluent Danish and English are essential. Relocation assistance and a monthly performance bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on AP, finance, or accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, and match supplier invoices and POs per standards.
• Manage weekly and monthly payment runs for Danish vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements, unbilled receipts, and aged AP.
• Handle supplier inquiries in Danish via email and phone.
• Process employee expense reports and audit claims for policy conformance.
• Assist month-end closing tasks including AP accruals and reconciliations.
