Job summary

• Plan, organize and control input, movement, process, and output of operations to ensure service quality at minimal cost.
• Lead and develop staff (1–15 direct reports); conduct daily information meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain required reports, payroll, and paperwork; oversee safety programs and compliance; liaise with customers and carriers.
