West Valley Dance Company is seeking a friendly, organized Dance Studio Receptionist for our Mountain View location. This role supports families, answers inquiries, assists with registrations and payments, and helps keep the front desk welcoming in a fast-paced studio environment.

We offer both part-time and full-time options with evening hours. Prior reception or childcare experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential to thrive in our studio community.

• Reliable transportation.

West Valley Dance Company is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dance Studio Receptionist to join our Mountain View team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and families and enjoys being part of a fun, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Part-Time and Full-Time; Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-9:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
• Answer questions and provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Assist families with class registrations, payments, and general studio inquiries
• Answer phones and respond to messages and emails
• Support instructors and studio leadership with day-to-day operations
• Help keep the front desk and lobby organized, professional, and welcoming
• Communicate important studio information to families
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and studio events as needed

Compensation: $23.00-30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
