West Valley Dance Company in San Jose is seeking a passionate, experienced part-time Ballet Teacher for our Bascom Avenue studio. You’ll provide engaging ballet instruction to dancers of varied ages and abilities, creating a supportive classroom environment that fosters growth, creativity, and teamwork.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 4:00–8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $25–$50 per hour, depending on experience and position requirements, with benefits for 30+ hours per

Qualifications

• Strong ballet background with passion for teaching.
• Experience working with children aged 18 months to 18 years preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and studio leadership.
