Job summary

West Valley Dance Company in Mountain View is seeking a friendly, organized Dance Studio Receptionist to join our team. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM).

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will greet students and families, manage registrations, answer phones, and support daily studio operations.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
• Answer questions and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Assist families with class registrations, payments, and general studio inquiries.
• Answer phones and respond to messages and emails.
• Support instructors and studio leadership with day-to-day operations.
• Help keep the front desk and lobby organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Communicate important studio information to families.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and studio events as needed.
