Job summary

YMCA of Delaware is seeking a Part-Time Dance Program Specialist at the Brandywine YMCA Family Location in Wilmington, DE. You will design and run dance programs, develop curricula for multiple age groups, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes health, creativity and skill-building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a dance instructor or performer.
• Experience teaching ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
• Knowledge of dance techniques, choreography and performance.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dance programs for varied ages and levels.
