The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is seeking a part-time program specialist to develop and conduct training sessions at Lionville Community YMCA in Exton, PA. This role focuses on a specialty area such as dance, tennis, or martial arts and requires strong instructional skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in specialty field
• Must be 21+ years or older
• Tech skills for programs
• 4+ years teaching in the area
• Advanced knowledge of the specialty
• Certs within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Conduct sessions as scheduled in a safe, enthusiastic and professional manner
• Lead program with energy and motivation
• Promote healthy attitude and appearance
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the specialty
• Maintain attendance rosters and records
• Manage all equipment
• Keep a clean, risk-free environment
• Communicate with participants and parents
• Create staff schedule and coordinate with staff
• Ensure compliance with YGBW policies
