Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Chicago seeks a Team Leader for Digital Asset Management to lead the DAM operations for KCNA's Pine system, guiding a Cybrarian team and ensuring asset organization, governance, and timely delivery across brands.

You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT to drive process improvements, training, and adoption of DAM standards while maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team and setting priorities.
• 3+ years experience managing or supporting a Digital Asset Management system (Aprimo preferred).
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and governance of digital content.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear team workflows and ensure consistency.
• Proven collaboration with marketing, creative, technology, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Dam Operations & Standards Management: manage day-to-day DAM operations and maintain metadata standards.
• Team Leadership & Workload Management: lead Cybrarians with clear direction and priorities.
• Stakeholder Enablement & Adoption: be main point of contact for DAM questions and requests.
• Asset Operations, Quality Control & Discoverability: oversee asset intake, organization, and rights compliance.
• Reporting, Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track usage and drive process improvements.
• Technology Coordination & Operational Support: coordinate DAM enhancements with IT and technologists.
