Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst at the Warren Plant to own the execution of the KCNA Digital Manufacturing strategy. The role focuses on equipment, capability building, and value delivery, advancing major digital systems, processes, and capabilities to create a highly connected, efficient manufacturing environment.

You will champion mobile digital apps and collaborate across KCNA facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years of systems support/development.
• LEAN principles exposure with blue belt level.
• Strong analytical, statistical skills: regression, SPC, financial analysis, analytical modeling.
• Direct experience with large, interconnected software systems (SAP ERP, MES, PLM) and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital manufacturing strategy execution at the site and drive related objectives.
• Lead deployment of SMOM (Smart Manufacturing Operations Management) and data flows.
• Provide analytical support for data within manufacturing systems (SMOM, MES, QMS).
• Develop and maintain data flows into SMOM for reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with KCNA Digital teams, plant leaders, and engineers to standardize processes across KCNA.
