Job summary

Avispa MedOps is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to support Sales and Marketing by managing digital assets and EPG metadata in an onsite capacity in Los Angeles, CA. This 9-month assignment offers a balanced schedule with 40 hours per week and potential extension.

The role emphasizes end-to-end DAM lifecycle management, collaboration with internal/external partners, and precise EPG metadata handling using advanced Excel—experience with Airtable is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy in grammar, spelling, and metadata data entry.
• Advanced Excel skills for formatting, organizing, and preparing metadata sheets.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of digital files, maintain strict file structures, and manage time effectively.
• Airtable experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets, from acquisition to organization in the DAM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain files and ensure metadata accuracy.
• Edit and format complex EPG metadata Excel spreadsheets with zero errors.
• Maintain knowledge of active, upcoming, and archival media content and documentation.
