Avispa Technology is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator for a 9-month onsite assignment in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on managing digital assets and EPG metadata across teams, ensuring accurate delivery and organization within the DAM.

Responsibilities include end-to-end asset management, collaboration with partners, and precise formatting of complex EPG metadata in Excel. Proficiency with large datasets and Airtable is a plus, with standard onsite hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:00

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy in grammar, spelling, and metadata data entry.
• Advanced Excel skills for formatting, organizing, and preparing metadata sheets.
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of digital files and maintain strict file structures.
• Airtable experience is preferred.

• 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension)

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Digital Asset Coordinator to support its Sales and Marketing teams by managing digital assets and Electronic Program Guide (EPG) metadata.

Digital Asset Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets, from acquisition to organization in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, overseeing the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transfer of assets to ensure a clean, organized, and accessible DAM ecosystem.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep assets up to date, ensuring all content and EPG metadata are accurate and complete.
• Edit and format complex EPG metadata Excel spreadsheets with zero errors.
• Maintain a deep understanding of active, upcoming, and archival media content and documentation.

Digital Asset Coordinator Qualifications:
