Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead dam safety and hydroelectric facility projects, overseeing design, analysis, and construction support.

The role requires mentoring junior engineers, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and interfacing with clients and regulators. The candidate should have 15–25 years of structural engineering experience, PE licensure, and strong proficiency in concrete/steel design, dam components, and major structural software.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (ABET accredited).
• MS preferred.
• Active PE licensure or ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on dam safety, hydroelectric and hydraulic projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Interact with regulatory agencies and clients.
