Job summary

Mapletree seeks a Senior Analyst, Asset Management for its Student Housing portfolio based in Dallas, TX. You will support asset strategies to optimize NOI, resident experience, and value across the US portfolio.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, leasing analytics, coordinating with asset and property managers, and market research. A real estate or finance degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred; advanced Excel and tools like Entrata/Yardi are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or Engineering.
• 5+ years of real estate or finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
• Accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Student Housing or Multifamily assets is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Entrata and Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in positioning assets and enhancing cash flow and asset value.
• Create reporting models for the US Student Housing portfolio.
• Prepare and manage reports covering financial performance, leasing status and rent collection.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers and Property Managers to optimize resident experience and asset maintenance.
• Prepare leasing memos, approval papers, variance analyses and budget monitoring.
• Support portfolio-level analyses and finance projects.
• Gather market intelligence and industry information to ensure competitiveness.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
