Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Dallas is seeking an Associate for Portfolio Management in Student Housing to support asset strategies and plans. You will help optimize resident experience, NOI, and overall asset value across the US portfolio.

The role requires analytical financial modeling, coordination with Asset/Property Managers, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Yardi, Entrata, and Argus. A proactive, independent work style is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent with experience in financial modeling / analysis

Responsibilities

Assist in asset positioning and cash flow enhancement; create the reporting model for our US Student Housing portfolio.
Prepare and manage reports covering the financial performance of the assets, leasing status, and rental collection.
Work with Asset Managers and Property Managers to optimize resident experience and ensure compliance with regulations; coordinate with government authorities, brokers, vendors, etc.
Prepare leasing memos and approval papers as well as variance analysis, and monitor budgets for the portfolio and fund.
Assist portfolio team in preparing portfolio level analyses and finance projects.
Manage market intelligence and collate global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services.
