Job summary

Mapletree is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management focused on Student Housing based in Dallas. You will support the asset management team to optimize resident experience, NOI, and overall asset value across the US Student Housing portfolio.

Responsibilities include building reporting models, managing performance reports, coordinating with asset and property managers, and performing portfolio-level analyses and market intelligence to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or Engineering.
• 5+ years of real estate or finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Entrata and/or Yardi is a plus.
• Operationally hands-on with strong financial grounding.

Responsibilities

• Assist asset management team in Dallas to optimize resident experience and asset value.
• Create reporting models for the US Student Housing portfolio.
• Prepare and manage financial performance, leasing status, and rent collection reports.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers and Property Managers to ensure compliance and maintenance.
• Conduct portfolio-level analysis and finance projects.
• Monitor market intelligence to keep products competitive.
