Job summary

Mapletree invites applications for a Senior Analyst, Asset Management, Data Centre based in Atlanta. You will join the Asset Management team to develop data-driven insights and support optimization of the portfolio’s income and value.

The role requires a degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field, 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel; you will conduct market research on REITs and macro trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present your analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
• Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.
