Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Dallas Retail Advisory practice. You will drive market share growth, recruit and develop premier brokerage talent, and strengthen client relationships in a top retail market.

You will oversee a team responsible for business development, talent strategy, and revenue growth, collaborating with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and maintain CBRE's competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
Real Estate Salesperson License required (Texas).
Significant experience within retail real estate brokerage, advisory, leasing, investment sales, or related commercial real estate disciplines.
Demonstrated success leading, recruiting, and developing brokerage professionals and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, monitor deadlines.
Lead strategic growth of the Dallas Retail Advisory business to expand revenue, market share, and client engagement.
Build relationships with owners, developers, investors, retailers, and industry partners.
Drive business development by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding services.
