DLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a VP of Leasing to lead a strategic leasing plan for a diversified portfolio of properties and to drive performance across the portfolio.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers, negotiate LOIs and lease terms, and partner with Legal and Property Management to ensure deals are drafted and executed on time. The role requires travel and a proven track record in retail leasing leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leasing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of retail leasing process, LOI and lease terminology.
• Proven track record negotiating leases with national retailers.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute leasing strategy for assigned properties in the DLC portfolio.
• Identify market trends and use data to inform leasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate LOIs and lease terms for deals.
• Partner with Legal to ensure leases are drafted properly and executed timely.
• Submit LPAs in CRM for negotiated LOIs.
• Review/approve LPAs for renewals and new deals.
• Manage and direct internal Leasing Reps and outside brokers.
• Conduct quarterly property visits with brokers to discuss market changes and lease-up strategy.
• Develop and manage property-level annual leasing budgets.
• Analyze data and trends to optimize pricing and lease structures.
• Attend weekly property acquisition calls and participate in monthly JV partner calls.
• Coordinate with Property Management on active issues and timing of deal completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments during acquisitions and tenant vacating processes.
