Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Dallas is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead local campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement, reporting to the SVP, Director of Corporate Marketing (Oklahoma City). This role requires strong project management, marketing knowledge, and collaboration with market leadership to ensure brand-aligned programs.

Occasional travel (3–4 times/yr) to Oklahoma City for training is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or community support.
• Proactive and highly strategic thinker.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy and acute attention to detail, including proofreading and content review.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and community events.
• Support local leadership with marketing projects and promotions.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound opportunities in the market.
• Manage sponsorships and activations, and create related media assets.
• Maintain local marketing materials within brand standards.
• Monitor local market data and prepare quarterly reports.
• Assist with event planning and client appreciation events.
