MidFirst Bank seeks a Regional Marketing Manager for Dallas to lead local campaigns, sponsor events, and support community partnerships. You will coordinate projects, analyze market data, and ensure brand standards across local initiatives.

You’ll work with Dallas leadership, report to the SVP, and travel 3-4 times per year to align with the Marketing team in Oklahoma City. This role requires strong collaboration, planning, and proactive engagement with the community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
• Strong planning, organizational and project management skills are essential.
• Experience in marketing and community engagement is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, and brand-aligned activities.
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and CRA-related initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound marketing opportunities in the market.
• Manage sponsorship relationships and activation of assets and events.
• Provide video/photos for marketing & social media; identify new local sponsorship opportunities.
• Travel 3-4 times per year to align with Marketing team in Oklahoma City.
