Job summary

Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager for our Dallas Branch near Love Field Airport. The role partners with the VP of Marketing to oversee day-to-day operations, campaigns, and department workflow in an in-office setting.

You will supervise the Business Development team and Graphic Design, drive campaign concepts, and ensure timely execution aligned with branding and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and accountability for the Business Development team and Graphic Designer
• Manage workflows, project assignments, priorities, approvals, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee project completion, communication, productivity, and departmental performance
• Support the VP of Marketing with workflow management, project coordination, and operational execution
• Work with Sr. Marketing Data Analyst and monitor campaign performance, metrics, and analyze marketing analytics
• Administrative responsibilities including tracking invoices, monitoring inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely payments
