Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit management in direct-to-consumer industries.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and regional sales management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads.
• Plan and calendar events for the team in the assigned region.
• Budget and staff for local events and trade shows.
• Lead and manage Event Marketing Managers and Event Marketers.
• Track event metrics and ROI; report to leadership.
