Electra Link Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Dallas to lead day-to-day field operations for our projects.

You will ensure proper staffing, scheduling, resourcing, and execution to meet customer expectations, safety, quality, and financial goals. You will partner with the General Manager, Project Managers, Superintendents, HR, Purchasing, Safety, and other departments to remove obstacles and maintain consistent execution across projects while developing a high-performing

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive experience in construction or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading field operations or multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, labor productivity, materials, and field operations.
• Experience leading and developing senior field staff (Superintendents, Foremen, PMs).
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Low-voltage/structured cabling or data-center construction experience strongly preferred.

• Oversee daily field operations across assigned projects and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate project meetings, monitor schedule, manpower, materials, and financial performance.
• Direct manpower planning, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning with HR and field leadership.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment, and logistics to minimize delays and downtime.
• Support safety and QA/QC to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Develop field teams through mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify operational improvements and promote best practices across projects.
