Axiom Technologies seeks an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Dispatch/Part-Time) based in Dallas, TX, USA. The role involves providing both on-site and remote support for end users while coordinating service requests.

You will be the go-to technical resource for desktop support and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. As a Dispatch/Part-Time independent contractor, you will work with field technicians and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Capable of working independently in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
