Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in the Dallas area. The role focuses on delivering IV therapy at patients' homes and coordinating with a skilled team to ensure safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has 3 years of RN experience (preferably in home care), and maintains CPR certification. A BSN or ADN from an accredited program is required, with background checks and compliance steps part of the process.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unrestricted.
• 3 years’ RN experience, home care preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and monitor patients
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with laws
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient education and address concerns as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
