Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Meets Texas HCSSA requirements to serve as administrator or alternate administrator.
• Ability to complete state-required administrator education and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain resident and caregiver schedules for high-quality care.
• Create optimal resident and caregiver matches to support relationships and outcomes.
• Monitor scheduling, address coverage gaps and changes in needs.
• Develop contingency staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Maintain resident and caregiver data in the software system and communicate updates.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, family members, and caregivers.
• Respond to calls professionally and follow up on concerns to ensure resolution.
