Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain resident and caregiver schedules for high-quality care.
• Create optimal resident-caregiver matches and build relationships.
• Monitor scheduling and address coverage gaps.
• Develop contingency staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted service coverage.
• Enter resident information into the system and coordinate care consultations.
