Job summary

Buckner Home Care in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Home Care Director to lead daily operations, growth, and quality care across the location. This role oversees budgets, staffing, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and community partnerships to deliver exceptional senior services.

You will build referrals, manage marketing and business development, mentor staff, ensure resident safety, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, staffing, operations, sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience building referral relationships and supporting community outreach preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

We are seeking a Home Care Director to join our new home care service at Buckner. As a Home Care Director, you will lead the daily operations and growth of the home care location. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee development, and business growth. This position will build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring To The Team:

• Associates degree required
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, staffing, operations, sales, marketing or a related field
• Success leading teams, managing operations and driving business growth
• Experience building referral relationships and supporting community outreach preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Understanding of business development, marketing, and customer service practices
• Commitment to serving seniors and supporting caregivers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and required insurance
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
