Job summary

In this role you will guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, respond to RFPs, and pursue new opportunities to grow HITT's government practice in the Dallas market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC.
• Proven experience delivering government/public-sector projects.
• Experience overseeing full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting, procurement, and compliance.
• Experience with government agencies and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of multiple government projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop detailed estimates, scopes, bid packages, and subs.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs and pursuit strategies.
• Manage project risk, change orders, and contract terms.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and partners.
