Qualifications

• CPA license required.
• Substantial experience leading audit and assurance engagements.
• Proven business development capability and strong network.
• Experience serving middle-market clients across multiple industries.
• Track record of leading teams and growth.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Dallas–Fort Worth assurance practice, driving strategy and performance.
• Manage senior client relationships and deliver high-quality audits.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters and risk management.
• Develop talent and succession plans within the team across offices.
• Own the practice’s economic performance: revenue, utilization, margins.
