Cherry Bekaert LLP in Indianapolis is seeking an Audit Partner to help grow the commercial audit strength in our Indianapolis Assurance practice. The role is based in the Delegates Row office with limited travel.

The Audit Partner will help build a practice serving middle-market, private equity-backed, and public companies across industries including Industrials. You will be a market-facing partner expanding the practice through your professional network and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• Experience with a large local, regional, or national public accounting firm.
• Demonstrated client service and business development skills, leading to growth.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Indianapolis audit practice by expanding services to clients and cross-selling with other advisory practices.
• Execute the Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Indianapolis practice; support other leaders in the strategic plan.
• Develop and coach professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline.
• Drive collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Help drive economic results across the practice as shown by KPIs.
