Job summary

NCR Atleos Corporation is hiring a Field Service Technician I in the San Diego area. You will be the first on-site responder at customer locations, diagnosing basic module issues and coordinating with the team to resolve tasks while maintaining clear communication through the service app.

You will receive hands-on training with no prior ATM experience required, and you will work under safety procedures, with opportunities for career growth within a global service organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills; able to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record meeting company requirements.
• Ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided).

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
