Job summary

Ecolab is hiring a Field Service Technician to serve the Dallas, TX market, delivering reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers. You will partner with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.

Role requires travel within the market, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overnight shifts as needed. We offer paid training and a full benefits package from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, and installing equipment).
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and other work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during visits and help ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate documentation for all work performed.
