Job summary

East West Bank in Dallas is seeking a Credit Analyst for theTexas Commercial Real Estate Team. You will assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers with underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across asset classes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or related experience, 1–2 years in banking or finance, strong business writing, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers with underwriting and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies.
• Engage with clients, legal counsel, commercial support staff, and other internal partners.
• Ongoing portfolio management including tracking and spreading financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, annual reviews, risk rating changes, and problem loan reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s regulatory and credit requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for client maintenance.
• Other projects as assigned.
