Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
• Understanding of CRE fundamentals (property types, valuation, market dynamics).
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate borrower and sponsor financial strength, net worth, and capacity to support debt through guarantor analysis.
• Investigate market fundamentals, including vacancy rates, rent trends, new supply, and competitive positioning.
• Work with origination, asset management and capital markets teams on tasks throughout the full life of loans including refinance analysis and closing documentation needs.
